Problem Statement
Founded in 1984, Clayco has grown to a company that makes $2.6+ billion in revenue for 2018 with more than 2,000 employees across USA. They are one of the nation’s largest privately-owned real estate, architecture, engineering, design-build and construction firms.
In its 35+ years, Clayco has grown from a close knit family to large corporation that wants to retain its family culture. Clayco needed an efficient and engaging tool to communicate its brand and culture to new employees and clients as well as reinforce nuances of their culture to existing employees, clients and partners. Additionally, through the interviews, we discovered another challenge of connecting field employees to the corporate office.
How might we enhance the
onboarding experience, convey the Clayco culture and strengthen the connection
between field and corporate?
